About Us
Phil and Hayley created Praise Joe as a way to connect with their local community - to create a hub where people want to meet. Both chefs, they have had remarkable careers, working with celebrities and royalty alike (Phil once cooked for the Queen!), but have now turned their passion towards providing amazing treats and tasty delights paired with quality coffee to the good people of Tighes Hill and beyond.
We offer rich Pablo & Rusty coffee, along with a decadent range of hand-crafted treats, pastries, and (if we do say so ourselves) the best toasties in town. We currently have two locations in Sydney, so drop by and say hi!

Are you dog friendly?
We LOVE dogs here at Praise Joe, so please bring your furry friends to see us. They’re welcome to sit with you in our outdoor seating area at Tighes Hill, right around the corner from Islington Dog Park.
Do you serve food?
Absolutely! Alongside our drinks and refreshments, you can find a rotating selection of decadent homemade pastries, cakes, and mouth-watering toasties to fuel your day. Check out our Instagram to see what people are ordering (but don’t blame us when your stomach starts to rumble).
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
We offer a variety of non-dairy, milk alternatives for our coffees, including oat milk, coconut milk and almond. As for our pastries and sweet treats, check in store for which of our offerings suit your dietary needs. We usually have a selection of gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free and vegan treats.
Do you take bookings?
